I’ve seen other people write newsletters sharing their screenshots and they tend to be my favorite to read. Quick, easy to digest, and a fun way to see inside someone else’s digital world. The things they like, the people they follow, and what, for them, is worth saving. So, without much more of an intro, here are some screenshots I’ve saved recently and a bit on each one:
This Butterfly Globe is from a great store called Wentworth and it stopped me in my tracks. This is a piece I would cherish forever! The store, based in Charleston, has amazing home wears.
I love following Molly Baz on Instagram. I screenshot nearly every one of her new recipes! I love seeing that she’s always wearing the Custom 3D Charm we made her (and a matching one for her husband) of a gold pair of boots to represent their son, nicknamed Mr. Boots!
I got this text from my amazing nanny the other day and it made me smile so much. We have not started potty training yet, so to know that Richie just jumped right in was so funny!
I have long loved Kristmar Muldrow’s work and was looking at her page recently thinking about possibly getting some help with a logo and graphic for this newsletter! If you have any recs for branding design, I’d love to know!
A screenshot I took of this artwork I bought on Facebook Marketplace last week! I keep a search for large scale artwork saved and have found a few good pieces on there. This work is titled “Wind” by Garret Pruter and was shown at Charles Bank Gallery in NYC in 2012. I love mixed media.
Speaking of large scale art, I saw this on Instagram recently and thought it was such an interesting idea: If you want large scale art, and don’t have the budget to wallpaper a whole room (which can be $$$), you can buy one roll of cool paper and frame panels of it!
I am upholstering a built in bench for our dining table and have been on a deep dive of fabrics and trims. I loved the look of this simple fabric with a refined striped piping.
If I could choose just one textile and wallpaper brand to use forever, it would be Schumacher. I love so much of what they do and the quality is unparelled. Unsurprisingly, the price matches that, which is why I did not use this for my new banquette, but I hope to use this fabric on something (smaller) another time.
Screenshot this after (@TheClareMoore who writes Following Up here on Substack) share this - the custom hand engraved round signet ring we made her. My family also grew up scything this on the first day of every month! I loved working on this design with her!
How beautiful are these knives? Another dream wishlist item for me would be to outfit my kitchen with a their chef’s set! I love the hand made handles, that come in all kinds of colors. Discovered these through Lucy Williams, whose taste I love!
I love the look of covering exposed cords with a cool fabric piping. It’s more of a traditional, British look, which I very much embrace. This one is from GreenRow which I have not shopped before, but they have some really nice, well priced home stuff!
K. Maro. Die.
GreenRow is SO fun and they just opened their first store in SoHo. 10/10 you would love it in there!
