A few things that come to mind that are so easy for a crowd: pork or chicken made in a slow cooker, and then served from a Le cruset with tortillas and all the taco fixings. Grilled steak or shrimp skewers with roasted potatoes, a salad, and a good chimichurri, pesto, or romesco. Or, a summer pasta - maybe with a summer sausage, grilled broccolini, and zucchini, and lots of parm!
